Water & Wastewater Utility Board (5-year term)
The Water & Wastewater Utility Board (WWUB), subject to the direction of the City Council, may be charged and entrusted with any other public improvements or works as the City Council may, by ordinance, place under its management, supervision or control.
The Water & Wastewater Utility Board shall have power to make and adopt all such bylaws, rules and regulations as they may deem necessary and expedient for the transaction of their business consistent with this code.
The Water & Wastewater Utility Board shall have the power to use its judgement in dispersing its budget allocation.
The WWUB consists of five members whose residence is located in the city. They are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council for terms of five years.
