Library Board of Trustees (5-year term)
Spies Public Library's mission is to provide our community with resources and services for education, enrichment, and enjoyment within a welcoming environment.
The Library Board has the responsibility for formulating general policies and procedures relating to library operation for preparation and submission of annual budgets, planning future operations, hiring and overseeing library employees, and other duties as may be assigned by the City Council.
The Library Board consists of five members whose residence is located in the city. They are appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council, for terms of office of five years.
