Henes Park Board of Commissioners (6-year term)

The John Henes Park Board of Commissioners have the supervision, control, direction, and management of John Henes Park in the city of Menominee.

1. The commission will prepare plans for improvements, both structures and property for the preservation of the park.
2. All expenditures of public and private funds will be allocated by the board.
3. Written records will be submitted to the City Council of said condition of the park the 1st Monday of March each year.
4. In May of each year a budget will be submitted to the Council for consideration for improvements and expenses.

Members are appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council. Each member serves a term of 6 years.
